What we collect
When you complete our research survey or join the waitlist, we collect the details you submit: name, email address, country, city and your answers about shopping habits and product needs. We do not collect payment information — GIACart is not accepting orders.
Why we use it
Responses are used only to understand community demand, prioritise countries and product categories, and to email you updates about the GIACart Europe pilot.
Legal basis and storage
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. Responses are stored securely in our database and are accessible only to the GIACart team.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the website and database.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@giacart.com.
